Hi, I’m Erica
I am a designer with experience in designing experiences. In the more than 20 years of my career, those experiences have ranged from the physical, tactile, and concrete to the digital, intangible, and abstract. I delight in helping people by understanding their needs and crafting experiences that meet those needs.
As a user experience designer, I have developed a spectrum of UX capabilities and best demonstrated practices that allow me to deliver user centered design solutions that are easy, clear, useful, and pleasing.
Analyze User Research
Whether conducted myself or by UX Researchers, I create recommendations based on the results of user research
Facilitate Workshops
I organize and facilitate workshops that include relevant stakeholders in the process of ideation, prioritization, and planning.

I deliver user journey maps, personas, flow diagrams, and information architecture to assist in planning for enterprise projects
Design Products
I create and deliver storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specs, and collaborate with engineers to assess feasibility
Use Design Systems
I have both built and helped maintain designs systems, documenting design patterns, components, and accessibility standards
Evaluate Design
I conduct heuristic evaluations and pattern inventories and use analytics and user research to evaluate existing designs
